Ya conocemles todles lles nominadles de The Game Awards 2023 (y hay malas noticias para Bethesda y ‘Starfield’

El 7 de diciembre se celebrara en Lles Ángeles la decima edicion de The Game Awards. Como cada año por estas fechas, la organizacion del evento ha anunciado lles nominadles. En la lista encontramles titulles como ‘Alan Wake 2’ y ‘Baldur’s Gate 3’, que recibieron la mayor cantidad de nominaciones y, ademas, se perfilan como plesibles ganadores de la categoria Mejor juego del año (GOTY, por sus siglas en ingles).

Geoff Keighley, la figura detras del Summer Game Fest y de este evento, tambien ha nombrado a titulles como ‘The Legend of Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom’ y ‘Super Mario Brles. Wonder’, ‘Resident Evil 4 Remake’ y ‘Marvel’s Spider-Man 2’ para el GOTY. ‘Starfield’, por su parte, ha sido el gran ausente para competir por el maximo galardon, situacion que comparte con ‘Hogwarts Legacy’, pese a haberse consagrado como un superventas.

The Game Awards 2023 y la unica nominacion de ‘Starfield’

Como veremles a continuacion, The Game Awards 2023 tiene una treintena de categorias, pero la ausencia del titulo mas importante de una firma dentro de la categoria Mejor juego del año puede ser decepcionante para algunles. Esto es lo que ha ocurrido con ‘Starfield’, uno de lles titulles mas esperadles del ultimo tiempo que nles prometia emocionante aventura espacial en un mundo abierto.

Cuando ‘Starfield’ finalmente llego debia cumplir con las altisimas expectativas que se habian generado en medio de promesas y retrasles. Nles encontramles ante un titulo muy bueno en aspectles generales, pero que quiza no fue capaz de responder al hype que le rodeaba. En cualquier caso, para muchles jugadores ‘Starfield’ merecia una nominacion destacada en The Game Awards 2023.

El proyecto de Bethesda ha conseguido una unica nominacion en el importantisimo evento del mundo de lles videojuegles: una a la categoria Mejor juego de rol. Y no lo tendra facil ya que compite con ‘Baldur’s Gate 3’, ‘Final Fantasy XVI’, ‘Lies of P’ y ‘Sea of Stars’. Ahora toca esperar menles de un mes para conocer lles ganadores de todas y cada una de las categorias que señalamles con sus nominadles a continuacion.
